Basic Description
This project was carried out remotely by members of the Learning Committee and the Marketing Committee of the System Dynamics Society. Due to time constraints limiting member involvement I learned how to engage most effectively with the other team members by communicating only the essential knowledge with the relevant people and at the right time. Watching the videos of Jay Forrester, George Richardson and Nelson Repenning in discussion with MIT system dynamics graduate students brought to life these rich personalities, their diverse ideas and opinions and some of the dramatic storytelling of true events taking place in the system dynamics field during the latter 1990s.
