Current guidelines for AI use on private websites in Canada are shaped by existing privacy laws and emerging regulatory frameworks. As a private organization we comply with data privacy laws and human rights laws. STVIC is informed by current voluntary guidelines for responsible AI use and is abreast of the relevant emerging regulatory frameworks.

a) STVIC use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies is restricted to the minimum text and image content generation and optimization solely for the purpose of enhancing the quality of our service to website users.

b) All AI generated content is subject to human oversight.
