Currently a PhD student in the Energy Engineering at the Institute for Energy Studies, University of North Dakota, my research focus is developing strategic policies for resiliency and sustainability in the rare earth industry, incorporating both system dynamics and agent-based simulation modeling. I truly enjoy teaching systems thinking to undergrad business students – challenging but rewarding.
As president of Amistra Consulting Ltd., I continue to consult, developing model-driven sustainable business strategies for executives and policy makers using system dynamics and systems thinking tools.
