My systems thinking journey has taken many turns from my early introduction in the GreenMBA program to embedding its principles in my high school teaching practice over the past decade. In recent years, I’ve deepened this journey by developing system dynamics modeling skills and, most recently, by exploring best practices for applying Stella AI modeling with students. These tools have transformed not just how I teach, but how I see the world. I now approach challenges through a more interconnected lens and enjoy designing educational experiences that reflect the complexity of the world my students and I share. My goal is to empower students with the tools to identify root causes and develop solutions they can fully understand and act upon while positively impacting the community in which they live.
