Learning or Project Summary Questionnaire

We hope you will consider sharing information about your learning activities and/or projects in the Learning or Projects section of the website. This experience-based knowledge is what drives home the reality of the systems thinking influence in Canadian society past and present.

Each registrant can send up to three Learning or Project Summary Questionnaires each calendar year with or without an Extended Learning or Projects Submission.

Graduated professionals who continue to perform learning activities may send any combination of up to three total learning and project summaries with or without extended submissions (shown below the summary questionnaires) each calendar year.
